Refund for the 2024 Camp Year
The Executive Board apologizes and regrets the inconvenience and disappointment you and your loved ones are experiencing with the cancellation of Camp for the 2024 season. We know how much everyone looks forward to Camp. This was a very difficult decision but necessary as the safety and wellbeing of your loved ones, our special guests, is our number #1 priority, and we will do nothing to compromise that for a perceived short-term gain.
The Board wants to make sure that all of you who have paid fees for 2024 will be made whole depending on which option you choose. You will be receiving refund emails in the next couple of days from Treasurer Colleen Morrison or Don Collom, who have been tasked with handling your requests. I want to thank Don and Colleen for handling this unenviable task. They will take good care of you handling your wishes.
Options for Repayment:
Complete Refund of Fees.
Partial refund of fees with the balance applied as credit for 2025.
Leave the entire payment as a credit for 2025.
If you can see your way financially, leave a portion of the payment or the entire payment as a donation to the Camp which will be acknowledged as a donation.
